How to set up report card types

At least one report card type must be set up before report cards can be created.

Before you can set up your report card(s), you must first set up the report card type (if not already set up). The report card type will be displayed ahead of the task title in the following format: report card type: report card task (e.g. Customer Experiences: Contact Diary).

To view the existing report card types select ‘Report Card Types’ from the main Report CardMR back room page, to then add a new type, simply click 'Add report card type' and give the new type a name:

Any existing report card types can have their name edited via the edit icon (Edit Icon):

If you change the name of a report card type, it will change on all upcoming, live and closed tasks where that type is used.
