Sampling options for SurveyMR 2.0

Surveys can be sent to internal samples (users with accounts) or external samples (outside of the InsightHub), or to both at the same time.

To set the sample, click on to the ‘Sample’ tab of your survey. The different sampling options are shown below:

Internal platform users

• All platform users, or specific consumer groups
• Have the option of platform members needing to login to respond to the survey, or being able to respond without logging in first

Non platform users

• Open link surveys that can be posted online, sent out via your CRM or used with sample providers
• Targeted invites via a CSV upload
