How to set up TaskMR types
At least one TaskMR type must be set up before tasks can be created.
Before you can set up your TaskMR task(s), you must first set up the TaskMR type (if not already set up). The TaskMR type will be displayed ahead of the task title in the following format: TaskMR type: TaskMR task (e.g. Customer Experiences: Contact Diary).
To view the existing TaskMR types select ‘Report Card Types’ from the main Report CardMR back room page, to then add a new type, simply click 'Add report card type' and give the new type a name:
Any existing TaskMR types can have their name edited via the edit icon ():
If you change the name of a TaskMR type, it will change on all upcoming, live and closed tasks where that type is used.
