How to add new users through recruitment or external surveys

The promote account function of SurveyMR enables non-members to join InsightHub

If you are using an open link survey, which offers the option for respondents to create an account in the platform you can use 'Promote account' as part of the completed actions. This enables them to complete the survey and automatically go to the first step of the account creation at the end of the survey. 

Simply select 'Promote Account' from the drop-down list. You also need to choose any consumer groups from the list, that shows which you new platform members automatically go to both at the project level and sub-consumer groups:

If you want new respondents to go into a consumer group that isn't already created you will need to set the group up and then select from your consumer group list.
