Sending in-platform messages to users

In addition to emails, InsightHub admins can communicate with platform members through messages sent within the system.

In-platform communication can be public through shared areas or via direct, private message. In this short video, Russell Elliot explains how to set up and send private, in-platform messages directly to InsightHub members.
