What are Open Polls

Open Polls are an easy way to add single qualitative questions to your InsightHub platform.

Open Polls are controlled via: Back Room > Research tools > Open Poll

The first page you see is the main open poll page that lists all the current polls, you can navigate to upcoming and closed polls from this page as well:

From here you can: 

• See the open polls currently live on the platform including: 
  • The scheduling of each open poll
  • The target sample for each open poll
  • The number of users who have/haven't responded to each open poll
• Links to edit the open poll ()
• Link to view the responses to the open poll () 
• Link to participant page () 

Through the actions drop-down, you can also send invites/reminders to users, export the open poll responses, close the open poll and delete the open poll:

NB: With Open Polls, it is very important to remember to set up the widget on the platform homepage in order for users to respond to your Open Poll.
