Moderating open smartboards

Once open, InsightHub administrators can watch smartboard discussions and conversations evolve in real-time.

Smartboards provide visual spaces for participants to comment directly on images and leave sentiment tagged comments. In addition, conversations and discussions can naturally evolve through threads that are visible to other participants. In this video, Laura Calvert explains how to  view comments and discussions in real-time to understand how the activity is unfolding and the prevailing sentiment of participants.
