A new look for ScrapbookMR

ScrapbookMR is a longstanding feature of InsightHub, designed to facilitate quick and easy photo sharing for participants. To make scrapbooks more engaging and improve response rates,  we have given look scrapbooks a makeover with a more modern, reponsive 'masonry grid' layout available on both desktop and mobile.

Further, so that it's easier to control how  participants access scrapbooks, we have added the option of exposing scrapbooks on the My Tasks page and in the My Activity widget so you can pick whether you want them to appear like other tasks to complete or use them as an 'always on' feature.

Improved accuracy for clipping in VideoMR

We have increased the accuracy of creating clips in VideoMR for sharing in montages and on to ActivateMR so that you can create more professional montages more easily.

Further, transcripts reflect the millisecond accuracy of recent clipping improvements.

Please speak with our Client Support team about opting in to enhanced clipping in VideoMR.

So that you can more easily see what invites and reminders were sent to participants and how  they look, we now show the HTML (images, formatting, layout etc) for invites and reminders on the sent Messages tab.
