Strategies to immerse stakeholders in insight

Data is only as effective as the action it influences. This training course introduces tactics for better driving stakeholder action.

Over the course of this two-week email course, we introduce and detail four different techniques for influencing action. From introducing storytelling principles into presentations to utilising creative reporting options, we investigate a broad range of tactical tools. Additionally, the course covers the foundations of insight activation, including barriers, opportunities and process-led innovations.
