How to contact Focus GroupMR participants
Create a compelling email to invite and remind participants to join Focus GroupMR groups.
To send an email to notify your participants about your upcoming focus group, you can do this from the from the focus group admin page, click the actions drop down menu and select the 'Remind users' option.
Or, you can click into your focus group and go to the 'Remind' tab.
Both of these options will bring up a pop up with an editable email template; this can be tailored to what you want to say. The function can be used for both the initial notification you send to your participants about the group, and reminders leading up to the group starting.
Please note, this will only send to members that you have added to the group via the 'Add Users' tab.
