If you are adding your questions to your survey via the import from docx option, you need to make sure you have your word document formatted in a specific way in order for the survey tool to read the question type and import correctly, there are some key formatting points you need to take into account:
- Any paragraphs before the first question will be used to set the survey title
- Each question should begin the line with a Q.
- Subquestions may be added after the question itself, they should begin the line with q1.
- Answers may be added, if subquestions are present then they must come after them.
- They should begin their line with 1.
- Questions may consist of multiple paragraphs
