To view user statistics, go to Back Room > Panel and Community Settings > User Statistics
These statistics can be filtered by time frame, for example, in the last 3 months, last month, last 24 hours or a custom range of your choice.
See below for a list of key definitions of how different user statistics are calculated:
Users Info
Logged In - Count of consumers who have logged in, this is calculated based on the users actively signing in to the Insighthub in the given period
Never Logged In - Count of consumers whose account is not unsubscribed but who have never logged in to the Insighthub
Participated – Count of the number of consumers who have completed an activity where points value is more than 0
Includes:
- Consumers only, who are not unsubscribed (not admins/clients)
- Activities completed via open link, such as surveys, as consumers can earn points from these too without logging in
Eligible activities:
- Blog post
- Blog comment
- Forum post
- Completing a poll
- Entering a focus group
- Completing a survey 2
- Exiting a survey 2 early
- Annotating a Smartboard
Completing a Report Card Task - Adding a Scrapbook Picture
- Adding a comment on a Scrapbook Picture
- Responding to an Open Poll
- Answering a Question board question
- Commenting on a Question Board question
Does not include:
- Liking Something (i.e. Blog or Forum)
- Adding a post to My Journal
Activated Account -
Number of users who have accepted the terms & conditions and are not unsubscribed
Unsubscribed - Number of users unsubscribed
Total - Total number of consumers in the site, both subscribed and unsubscribed
User Activity
Starting Threads - Number of users who have started a least one forum thread
Posting to Threads - Number of users who have posted a comment to at least one forum thread
Blogging - Number of users who have created at least one blog post
Commenting on Blogs - Number of users who have commented on at least one blog post
Voting on Polls - Number of users who have voted on at least one poll
Completing Surveys – Number of users who have completed at least one survey
Includes:
- Consumers who are subscribed
Who have hit a…

on any survey
Does not include:
- Open access users
- Tracked users
- Admin/client account activity
Community/Panel Activity (All projects)
Blog Posts - Total number of blog posts made by all consumers
Blog Comments - Total number of blog comments made by all consumers
Forum Posts – Total number of forum posts made by all consumers
Forum Threads - Total number of forum threads started by all consumers
Survey Completions - Total number of survey completions
Polls Voted On - Total number of polls voted on by all consumers
