Setting up a Time Series table
A Time Series table or chart shows one measure tracked over time.
- Go to Back Room > Analysis Tools > NumbersMR and click into the analysis where you’d like to add a Time Series table, or create a new analysis
- Click the Menu icon to the right side of the question you’d like to add a table for, and click ‘Add Time Series Table’

3. You will then see a pop-up box which looks like this:

Complete the fields to indicate:
- The from and to dates for the time period you’d like the table to cover
- The interval you’d like to view the data by, e.g., daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly
NB: The period to show will update accordingly to align based on the interval you select. The title will automatically defer to the interval and period selected, however, you can update the title to whatever you choose.
What intervals and periods are available?

NB: If your survey is live and ongoing, the data will update per new day / week / month / quarter / year.
Question-specific Table Configuration
For scale-type questions, you can choose to show an average of responses given. For NPS score-type questions you can choose to show the NPS score over time. You can show this instead of, or in addition to the percentage of users who have selected a particular answer.

Setting up a Time Series Summary table
Time Series Summary tables allow you to compare data across sub-questions, over time. They are available for Scale, Numeric and NPS-type questions only, because they allow you to show multiple trend lines in one table / chart.
For the eligible question types, you’ll see an additional option, to add a Time Series Summary table, or to add a table per sub-question.
