Adding media to your video project
Adding media to your InterviewMR session is a great way to get real time feedback on documents or other marketing collateral, including verbal and non-verbal feedback from consumers. Adding media to your InterviewMR session is as simple as visiting the ‘Media’ tab for that session, where you can add images, videos and PDF files.
Once you select ‘Add Image’ (or ‘Add Video’ for a video file, or ‘Add PDF’ for a PDF file), you will then need to select your chosen image from a database, add a description and then select ‘Save’. Your image, video or PDF file will then be added to your InterviewMR session for you to show to participants when you choose to during the session.
Once your media files have been added to your InterviewMR session, these can be viewed by clicking on the thumbnail for that file, or removed by clicking on the bin icon on the right-hand side of the page.
Displaying media to attendees
Once you have started your InterviewMR session and want to show media to participants, select the relevant tab on the right-hand side of the page for the type of media you want to show (i.e., image, video, or PDF file). Then, you can simply click the blue button underneath an image/video/PDF, which will then prompt a confirmation message asking whether you wish to show the image/video/PDF to participants in the session.
In order to stop sharing an image you can click the red ‘x’ underneath the image in the sidebar on the right-hand side of the page. Media can be reshown as many times as required during the session, e.g., should any users need a refresher of an image or other media.
