InterviewMR is our latest integrated video interview tool that allows you to gather groups of users and ask them your research questions. Each interview is recorded directly into the InsightHub and can be edited and replayed in our analysis tool VideoMR.
Getting started
To locate InterviewMR, simply head to the ‘Back Room’ and from the left-hand menu select ‘Research Tools’, then select ‘InterviewMR’. You’ll then be able to view live and closed projects.
Adding a new video project
The first step to setting up an InterviewMR session is to add a new video project. This is a simple step – just select ‘Add Video Project’ from the top right-hand corner of the page. Once you’ve added a name for your project, just click save and you’ll be taken to the ‘Sessions’ tab for your video project, where you can start to add your InterviewMR sessions.
Adding a new InterviewMR session
You can add multiple sessions to one video project so that any related InterviewMR sessions are stored together for easy access. To add a new InterviewMR session, simply click ‘Add Session’ on the top-right of the page. You will then be asked to add a title, start time and end time for that session.
The start and end time will be pulled through to your invite so will need to reflect the exact time for your session.
