InterviewMR - Adding sample

Adding sample to InterviewMR

Adding sample to your InterviewMR session is a 2-stage process, the first of which is identical to other tools, such as SurveyMR 2.0. To add a sample, you will need to first select the ‘Sample’ tab. If you have already set up a consumer group(s) for this InterviewMR session then you can simply select ‘Set consumer group’, then select the relevant consumer group(s) from the list. Once you have selected your chosen consumer group(s), click ‘Save and continue’ at the bottom of the page and you will then be taken to the ‘Attendees’ tab, where you can confirm which members of your added sample will be attending the session as participants.

Adding attendees

From the sample that you have added to your InterviewMR session, you will need to select which users will be attending the session as participants. Users will only be able to access the session, as well as receive an email invite, if they have been added as a participant in the ‘Attendees’ tab. You can do this by selecting the tick box on the left of the page for each user you intend to invite and then scrolling to the bottom of the page and then select ‘Add to Session’. The rows of any users that have been added to the session will be highlighted with a green background in the list.

If you want to remove any users from the InterviewMR session, select the tick box for any users added to the session and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and select ‘Remove from Session’. Alternatively, you can click on the remove user icon that appears on the right-hand side of the page next to any user that has been added to the session. Clicking on this icon will remove that individual user from the session.
