Extra validation to safteguard against accidental survey deletion

Because we have found users sometimes delete surveys in error, we've made it harder to unintentionally delete surveys on the surveys list pages.

• To safeguard against accidental deletion of upcoming and closed surveys, you need to type 'DELETE' in order to be able to delete a survey.

• The survey deletion confirmation overlay help text says "Are you sure you want to delete this survey? This will delete the survey and all response data and cannot be undone. Type 'DELETE' in the box below to proceed with deletion, or cancel this action."

Search for & Delete External Task Responses

• Users co-ordinating external research activities using our External Task tool often want to test their integration first, but this means that they are counted towards the responses on the platform and reward points.

• The abillity to search  for and and delete External Task responses from the Response Data tab per External Task allows users to clean out non-valid responses.

Bug Fixes

• A fix for an issue where ActivateMR text tile types caused boards to crash.

• A fix for an issue where video stimulus didn't appear in the history (i.e. previous messages) of a conversational survey.

• A fix for an issue with list styling in formatting toolbars (e.g. the survey question builder).
