New sent newsletter tab

• In order for us to provide better information about sent newsletters and about sent invites and reminders, we have separated out the sent items tabs for these mailing types on the projects page.
• So that you can more easily keep track of what messages were sent to your participants, you can see the HTML sent for a newsletter on the sent messages tab.

Response rates improvements

• Previously we showed response rates for open access surveys (the number of completions divided by the sample size). Since the sample size for an open access survey is usually unknown, this was confusing so we no longer show a response rate - you can still see details of the number of respondents starting and dropping out.

Bug fixes

We fixed the following

• Issues with scrolling on ActivateMR boards

• An issue where the email preview for an Advanced Invite Template wouldn't load when there was a missing user field included in the template

•  

  A fix for an issue where previewing a question crashed the survey builder
