Voice note-style Video Booth questions in SurveyMR 2.0

In order to encourage respondents to answer questions on sensitive topics and to engage hard to reach groups, you can now allow respondents to answer a SurveyMR 2.0 Video Booth question without sharing their video stream (i.e. audio only).

  • You can make the video stream optional or ask for audio only, as well as the current video option.
  • This will be surfaced in VideoMR as a recording with audio only.

InterviewMR Client Viewing Room improvements


Participant info

Often, when watching an interview or focus group, stakeholders are much more engaged if they can see some details about the participant(s).

  • Stakeholders watching InterviewMR sessions can now see participant info in a tab in the Client Viewing Room.

    • The visibility of these fields can be configured on the User Fields page.

Client Viewing Room transcript

  • You can now export  a transcript of the text chat in the InterviewMR client viewing room as a CSV so that you have a record of stakeholder feedback and questions.
