New email templating options for invites and reminder emails
New Features
To enable you to create more graphical structured layouts for invites and reminder emails, you can opt in to advaced invite and reminder email templates for your InsightHub platform.
- These are templates coded in HTML which provide more options for layout, images and styling and provide an alternative to our quick notification-style invite/reminder emails.
- Advanced invite and reminder templates are currently available for the Survey and External Task tools only.
- We'll be extending this invite option to other tool types over the next few months.
- Ask the Client Support team for more details if you would like this set up on your site.
