Downloading videos from an ActivateMR board

It is possible to download videos or video montages used in your ActivateMR board, should you wish to.

To do this:

Go to Back Room > Analysis Tools > VideoMR

From here, you can remain in the Video Library tab to download full/original videos or clips, or go to the Montages tab to download a montage

In the Video Library you can download a video or clip by clicking the download icon at the bottom left

To download from the Montages tab, you will need to find the title of your desired montage

Then, click the drop-down arrow to the right and select ‘Request Download’

*At this point, a pop-up box will appear to remind you that downloading the montage will use some of your video analysis minutes.

The download will then be prepared.

After a couple of minutes, refresh the page. Then, clicking the same drop-down menu as before, “Request Download” will have changed to “Download”. Click this to download the montage
