[NumbersMR](https://help.flexmr.net/en/analysis-tools?hsLang=en#numbersmr) # How to create comparison tables in NumbersMR ## This table type, available as part of the NumbersMR feature set, enables you to compare the same question from two different surveys, or two questions within the same survey in a single table (plus as a chart). Comparison tables are useful for when you want to look at the results of a question split across samples or waves. They can also be used to explore the performance of different products, concepts or attributes.   To create a Comparison table, go to Back Room \> Analysis Tools \> NumbersMR. Following this, create a new analysis set or click on an existing analysis set. Next, click on the 'Comparison Tables' menu, the icon  on the right-hand side which has 3 horizontal bars, then click '+ Add comparison table' as shown in the screenshot below: ![comparison tables menu-1](https://help.flexmr.net/hs-fs/hubfs/comparison%20tables%20menu-1.png?width=670&height=196&name=comparison%20tables%20menu-1.png) Next, give your comparison table a title, and select a column variable: ![comparison tables title variable](https://help.flexmr.net/hs-fs/hubfs/comparison%20tables%20title%20variable.png?width=603&height=307&name=comparison%20tables%20title%20variable.png) Once your comparison table is created, click on 'Manage Fields'.
