[Communication Options](https://help.flexmr.net/en/communication-options?hsLang=en) # Adding formatting to task invite and reminder emails ## As well as being able to edit your invite/reminder text, and automatically populate from certain fields, you can also edit invite emails to add formatting such as headers, bold or italics, and bullet points. ### HTML Formatting We have compiled a list of prompts you can include in your invite text, to achieve your intended layout. See the image below for an example of how each of these formatting options impacts the layout of your task invite email.  h1. Header 1 (use "h1." with a space before text) h2. Header 2 (use "h2." with a space before text) h3. Header 3 (use "h3." with a space before text) \*Bold text\* (use \* either side of text) \_Italics text\_ (use \_ either side of text) +Underlined text+ (use + either side of text) \* Bullet points (use \* with a space before text)   'Embed links in text':https://www.flexmr.net/ (put text in quotation marks " " followed by a colon : followed by URL) NB: This doesn't work for tags, such as 'Mail to link embedded in text':mailto:livetest2018@test.flexmr.org (put text in quotation marks " " followed by a colon : followed by "mailto" followed by a colon : followed by email address)   ***Note:*** *Always double-check that formatting has been applied as you intend.
