[ActivateMR](https://help.flexmr.net/en/analysis-tools?hsLang=en#activatemr) # ActivateMR actions ## ActivateMR is built for collaboration and designed for researchers to embed insights at the heart of every decision.  ActivateMR offers a dynamic way of sharing insights and data with decision makers across your organisation. Until now, stakeholders have had access to a collaborative commenting system. But our upcoming update turns comments into tasks. ActivateMR actions assign tasks to make sure that that insight drives change. Simply identify an action, set a priority, assign it to a colleague and they'll receive a notification direct to their inbox. It couldn't be easier. **Getting started** Once your ActivateMR board is created, Actions can be added to any tile in your board and it all starts with selecting the actions icon below: ![activateMR actions 1](https://help.flexmr.net/hs-fs/hubfs/activateMR%20actions%201.jpg?width=77&height=54&name=activateMR%20actions%201.jpg) Once you’ve selected the Actions icon, you can then start assigning Actions for your team and the first step is to complete 4 easy steps: ![activateMR actions 2](https://help.flexmr.net/hs-fs/hubfs/activateMR%20actions%202.jpg?width=601&height=476&name=activateMR%20actions%202.jpg) **Title** – This should form your instruction for other team members such as ‘Create a survey to follow up on these consumer concerns’ or ‘Communicate this insight to X team’ or even ‘Use this insight to inform X strategy’. Titles should be as clear and succinct as possible so team members can get started on their Action as expediently as possible.   **Assigned To** – This lets you to assign an Action to anyone that has a client-level account in InsightHub. Once assigned and posted, users are then notified by email and notification with your InsightHub about their new Action. **Status** – To make sure that you and all ActivateMR users can keep track and know where they are up to, there are several statuses allowing you to give varying priorities to assigned Actions. ![activateMR actions 3](https://help.flexmr.net/hs-fs/hubfs/activateMR%20actions%203.jpg?width=361&height=193&name=activateMR%20actions%203.jpg) **Due Date** – When do you need this completed by? Setting a clear due date ensures that everyone is on the same page and the next steps for your insights are never far away.   **Reviewing Actions on your board** There’s no limit to how many tiles your ActivateMR board can have, and thus, no limit on how many Actions you can dish out to yourself or your team.
